Pamela Juliano

Pamela Juliano is a dynamic consensus builder with two decades of experience in government and public relations. After nearly a decade as a government advisor she launched her consulting practice, delivering favorable outcomes in the energy, infrastructure, and water sectors.

The Juliano Group specializes in project development and procurement consulting, including federal grants, as well as project feasibility studies, legislative and project development research services, and messaging and public relations support. Pam and her team work closely with corporate leaders to develop creative solutions and communications strategies for critical issues. Recent project successes include public partnership language for the sustainable energy sector, mitigation of log jams between the public and private jams, and funding for a number of Utah bases tech and science projects.

Based in Salt Lake City, with deep roots in Carbon County, Pam connects clients with resources to help both small businesses and established companies find solutions to challenging issues. Various Chambers of Commerce and community councils have recognized Pam for her work with AmeriCorps, the United Way, and as an emerging small business leader in rural Utah. Pam believes in giving back to her community by mentoring women and youth in business. Pam is also an active volunteer and supporter of local community non-profits.
